SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing  Ruach Empire for your pet essentials! We work with global suppliers to bring you the best pet tech and supplies at the best prices.

PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING ESTIMATES

7-15 business days

Note: These are estimates. Factors like customs processing or local postal delays can occasionally extend these windows.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is on its way, we will email you a tracking link. It may take 2-5 days for the tracking information to update in the system after the label is created.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

To get your items to you as fast as possible, orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. Don’t worry if one item arrives before the others, the rest are on their way!

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, & TAXES

Ruach Empire is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location or a monitored address.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.
